Payment on orders placed via our web site including WordPress blog and web sites, web add-ons and branding project such as logos is due upfront via PayPal or check. In response to your online project submission, your proposal will include payment information and link you directly to our Paypal account. Payment is due within 2 days of approving your service proposal and schedule. All custom quoted projects will include payment terms. Most projects require a 50% deposit.

The queue for blog and web projects is created on a first come, first serve basis according to the time in which your full payment is received. Your project will be placed in our schedule queue at the time we reply to your order (within 1-3 days of submission). If you do not accept your proposal, approval the schedule and submit payment within 2 days receipt the offer expires and your project timeline will have to be recalculated. This is to make sure that we can continue working on the next project.

We want you to be overjoyed with your design and are happy to make a reasonable number of revisions free of charge until you are 100% satisfied with your design. However, if your requests for revisions become overly excessive, meaning they take longer than usual and start cutting into the next client’s design time, we will give you a warning and then charge you $50/hour for the additional time. If you decide to change your design in the middle of the process you will be billed for the time already spent on your original design at $50/hour.

Shindig Creative does not offer refunds on designs already in progess. If you have been placed in the queue and change your mind after you have sent payment, we will gladly send a refund minus the cost of the Paypal processing fee.

For 30 days after we’ve installed the design to your site, we will provide up to one hour of free support to go over any questions or concerns you may have. Should you wish to have more access to support please request an additional hour for $50 in your project request form.

Once your new design has been installed to your blog or web site, you agree to keep the Shindig Creative link on your blog until you remove the design from your blog in its entirety.
